How can my patient’s insurance plan help cover his/her expenses?

Access Medical is currently contracted with Medicare and Medi-Cal, as well as other
private insurance carriers.

The first step in our process to help provide our clients with the equipment they need is to verify their insurance coverage. Access Medical will ensure that your patients will receive the maximum amount of coverage that their plan offers. In many cases, this results in little to no out-of-pocket expenses for our clients.

If your patient’s insurance plan is active and he is eligible for medical equipment coverage, we will work with his primary care physician to complete any necessary paperwork required to approve his case. That is, we will communicate directly with
you to provide all medical documentation required to bill your patient’s insurance.
